BottleScanner.my is a division of Tyga.Cloud Ltd. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Product reviews, tasting notes, and ratings displayed in scan results are sourced from partner sites (Gin Directory, TheVodka.Shop, Rum Directory, OakyWine.Club, Whiskeyful) and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
BottleScanner.my uses artificial intelligence to identify bottles from photographs. AI identification results are provided on a best-effort basis and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any identification, tasting note, rating, or product match. Users should verify product details before making purchasing decisions.
The Service provides links to product pages on partner review sites. These links direct you to third-party websites operated independently. Purchases, interactions, and data shared on those sites are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Tyga.Cloud Ltd is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of partner sites.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using BottleScanner.my, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
When you scan a bottle, your image is processed by our AI system for identification purposes. Images are resized and processed in memory and are not permanently stored. Scan metadata (identification results, timestamps) may be retained for service improvement and analytics.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. We shall not be liable for any downtime or service disruption caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyga.Cloud Ltd's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
The content on BottleScanner.my, including AI-generated identifications and ratings sourced from partner sites, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Always drink responsibly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tyga.Cloud Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email (for waitlist subscribers) or on-site notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
